This Privacy Policy explains how Temp Mail Hub handles temporary email addresses, received messages, contact form messages, cookies, analytics and attachments.

Who we are
Temp Mail Hub provides temporary disposable email inboxes for short-term message receiving. The service is operated from tempmailhub.net and is designed for temporary verification, testing and spam protection workflows.
Temporary inbox data
Incoming emails are available only for the active lifetime of the temporary mailbox. By default this is 10 minutes unless the user selects another available lifetime. Messages are automatically deleted after expiry or when the user deletes or changes the mailbox. We do not provide restoration of expired or deleted messages.
No sale or third-party disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not intentionally disclose mailbox contents to third parties except when required by applicable law, to protect the service from abuse, or to operate infrastructure that is necessary to deliver the service.
Contact form
If you contact us through the Contact Us page, we process the name, email address, subject and message text that you submit so we can read and reply to your request. Contact form messages may be kept in the administration inbox for support and security records.
Logs, cookies and analytics
Standard server logs may include technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, time of request and error diagnostics. We may use cookies, Google Tag Manager or similar tools for analytics, security and site functionality. These tools should not be used to expose temporary mailbox content.
HTML email and attachments
The service may display HTML emails and list attachments that arrive in a mailbox. HTML emails are rendered in a restricted sandbox, and attachments are delivered through controlled download or limited preview endpoints. Attachments can contain malware, tracking content or harmful files. Users should open or download attachments only when they trust the sender and understand the risk.
Security measures
We limit mailbox lifetime, sanitize HTML email, block script execution in displayed messages, serve attachments with security headers, and restrict previews to safer file types. No online service can guarantee that every malicious attachment or message will be detected.
User choices and rights
You can delete a mailbox at any time from the site interface. Depending on your jurisdiction, including the EEA/UK or California, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction or limitation of personal data that we can reasonably identify. Temporary mailbox data may already be deleted before a request is received.
Children and sensitive information
The service is not intended for children and should not be used to receive banking, medical, legal, government, employment, password recovery or other sensitive long-term account information.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
