These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Temp Mail Hub temporary email services.

Acceptance of terms
By using Temp Mail Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Temp Mail Hub provides temporary email addresses for receiving messages. The service does not provide permanent mailbox storage, a traditional email account, guaranteed delivery, outbound email sending or long-term account recovery.
Temporary and non-critical use only
Temporary mailboxes are short-lived. Messages, domains or addresses may be deleted, changed, blocked, delayed or unavailable at any time. Do not use the service for important accounts, financial services, medical records, legal notices, government services, password recovery or any situation where long-term access matters.
User responsibilities
You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, malware distribution, credential theft, infringement, evasion of platform rules or any activity that could harm users, third parties or Temp Mail Hub infrastructure.
Email contents and attachments
You are responsible for the messages and files you choose to view or download. Attachments may contain viruses, malware, tracking pixels or harmful content. We may restrict preview, block oversized files, force download, remove messages or disable domains to protect the service and users.
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, security, delivery of messages, availability of any domain or address, or compatibility with third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temp Mail Hub is not liable for lost messages, unavailable inboxes, blocked domains, user decisions to rely on temporary email, harmful attachments, third-party actions or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Abuse prevention
We may monitor technical signals, limit requests, remove domains from the address pool, delete messages, block abusive traffic, restrict attachments or disable access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law or prevent misuse.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent personal data. Temporary emails are automatically destroyed after the mailbox lifetime or deletion action. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or terminate the service or these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
